about

A few things I'm into outside of work — the work itself is over on myCV.

I find cooking therapeutic, and I garden. I used to paint as well, though less lately.

I read a fair bit — mostly fiction and history. History's a genuine interest, not just background reading, and I like stories in general, so I watch a lot of movies too.

I like maths, and I'm into memes. I'm an animal person in general — as comfortable around a cat or a cow as a dog.

I used to hike and play strategy games — Age of Empires mainly — but both have dropped off since work got busier.

I'll be writing here fairly regularly too — mostly notes on what I'm working on and reading — over on the blog.
